Lab Review Calls
As we've surveyed clients and inquiring clients alike, it's become a clear need to offer Lab Review Calls for non-clients. So many folks are getting more expansive labs pulled under insurance coverage, but their providers have little to no ability to interpret their findings. Others are having all sorts of labs run during ER or Urgent Care visits and sent home with no explanation or guidance or worse “your labs look fine” when symptoms persist and levels appear off, to an untrained eye.
Our 45-minute Lab Review Call is designed for individuals who already have functional or conventional testing and want help understanding what it actually means - and what to consider next.
During this one-on-one appointment, you’ll meet with a Hey Hey Mae team member of your choice for an educational, line-by-line review of one lab panel. We walk through results together, explain patterns, and help connect the dots - without rushing and without overwhelm.You'll receive a written overview, food and lifestyle recommendations, next steps for care or follow-up labs.

As part of our commitment to providing thoughtful, ethical care, we periodically review our costs to ensure we can continue serving families well.
Over the past several months, we’ve experienced multiple increases in lab pricing - including one adjustment that took effect January 1 and another scheduled for February 1- as well as updates to supplement pricing from several of our partners. These changes reflect increased manufacturing, sourcing, and operational costs across the functional medicine space.
We want you to know:
- We continue to offer functional testing at our direct cost, without markup
- We work intentionally to limit unnecessary testing
- We’ve expanded the Hey Hey Homeopathics line to increase effectiveness and help reduce overall care costs where possible
