New Option for Past & Current Clients: Maintenance Care

Thanks to some really helpful feedback by a recent client (thanks, Emily!), on her after-care survey - we’re excited to open up a new support option! We’ve added a new care option for current and past Hey Hey Mae clients who want continued support - without needing full concierge-style care.

 

It’s called Maintenance Care, and it’s designed for the “in-between season” so many families reach after a bigger healing push:

 

You’re feeling better.
You’re more confident in the habits you’ve put in place.

You’re working through the end of your process and need a monthly boost.
But you still want a practitioner in your corner when questions come up.

 

Maintenance Care Includes:
 

24/7 secure messaging access
For quick questions, course corrections, sick support, supplement tweaks, and “is this normal?” moments — answered within 24 business hours.

 

One 30-minute call per month
So you still have a dedicated check-in to review progress, troubleshoot, and stay steady as you transition into more independence.

 

This is a perfect fit for clients and families finishing an immune process, working through mold remediations, moving into a maintenance phase, or simply wanting a lighter level of support while still having direct access when it matters. Those who started more complex (hi, epilepsy, layered autoimmune, active MS, autism, PANS/PANDAS) and are still feeling worn from the journey, needing the morale boost, emotional hug and strategic support touch point monthly.
