Recently, I helped my son use homeopathy with hopes of addressing his issue without needing the traditional go-to of antibiotics for an infection. 

This recent experience with acute homeopathic care worked beautifully for my son and is a skill we want to equip you in, so that you, too, can care for your family with ease and without side effects - just success! 

My son is a long-time nail biter—and he also bites the skin around his nails. Since he works in landscaping, his fingers are often exposed to dirt and bacteria. In the past, this has led to painful finger infections that needed antibiotics.

But back in January, when another infection flared up, we tried something different.

The tip of his finger was red, swollen, and hot, starting at the first knuckle going up. We decided we’d try homeopathy first—but with an appropriate boundary: If it spread past the first knuckle, we’d head to the doctor.

We started dosing:

Hepar sulph – for infections and abscesses

Belladonna  – for heat, redness, and swelling (in Wimpy Wheel)

Heavy Hitter – (added in after day 1)--additional infection support

By day 2 or 3, a pus-filled blister appeared. It moved toward his nail bed and eventually popped on its own. From there, the healing really kicked in. The finger improved quickly, and within days, the heat, swelling and redness had subsided—no antibiotics needed.

This was a powerful reminder of how effective homeopathy can be so effective in acute situations and is a great first line of support.
